Description
Agreement between Richard Bayzand, esq., and William Richardson that the latter will quit the house, mill and premises he rents from Bayzand immediately after the coming sale of his effects and that Bayzand will remit the current rent due to Lady Day next. Further Richardson may occupy the parlour and room above for a period of not more than 8 weeks paying 2 shillings to Bayzand or the incoming tenants.
