Memorandum of Agreement that, if J[ohn] B[ranston] Freer, Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., purchases Manor Farm, Bishopton, being 280 acres, now in the occupation of Mr. Jackson, he agrees to sell to William Burman, Stratford-upon-Avon, 4 pieces of land on Birmingham Road, bounded by Kings Lane and road leading to the Spa (c. 40 acres) at double the price per acre paid for the whole.
