Memorandum of Agreement between Henry Caulfield Saunders and Louisa his wife and Edwin Freer Saunders, Bishopton, gent., reciting that 80 acres of land at Glaston and Bisbrook, Rutland, to which Henry Caulfield Saunders was entitled after the death of his mother Elizabeth Saunders, was settled upon his marriage for his use for life with remainder to his intended wife Louisa and their heirs. Further reciting that the said estate has been sold by the mortgagee and that the said Henry Caulfield Saunders and Louisa had agreed to enter into the conveyance to release their rights in return for balance of purchase money after payment of mortgage, which is to be settled for benefit of Henry Caulfield, Louisa and their children equally after their deaths.
