Pebworth and Broad Marston, a mortgage and reconveyance

Description

Mortgage from William Rimell of Pebworth farmer and Emily Rimell his wife (formerly Emily Buckle) to the Birmingham Banking Co. Ltd. of certain properties in Elmstone Hardwicke, co. Gloucs., (described) in order that the said Company should continue a banking account with the said William Rimell, and to secure repayment of all money owed by William Rimell to the Company. 5 May 1885

Witness: C. E. Martin of Stratford on Avon, bank manager.

Followed by a reconveyance, dated 7 May 1901 from the Metropolitan Bank of England Ltd. to Emily Rimell widow of the said property after repayment of all the money owed.
