Furniture of 3 of lodging rooms of her choice except stone parlour which to eldest daughter Anne Cleeve, 1/2 of pewter, brass and linen. - To son William: two 1/4 yard lands in Bishopton, Old Stratford, etc. in occupation Thomas Veale and which was purchased of Robert Boyce who had himself purchased of Rowland Woodyear and William Challoner, gents., chargeable with £200 to son Thomas at 21 and with annuity of £10 to testator's brother Michael. - To daughters Anne and Damaris Cleeve: messuage and two 1/4 yard lands in Bishopton etc. in occupation Thomas Veale and purchased of Robert Hitchcox. - To son Thomas: £100 : £50 to apprentice him at 15. £50 at 21. Small yearly allowance for clothes until 25. £200 as above. - To son Richard: all premises in Stratford-upon-Avon, Reversion of one yard land in Wellesbourne Fields bought of Robert Boyce, and residue of personal estate.
