Trustees Joseph Hornblower, Birmingham, threadmaker and Samuel Reader, Coventry, woolstapler. Assigning to Trustees, in consideration of bond to secure £500 to Susannah, premises in Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, held by Susannah Hemming the elder by lease for lives from Lionel, Duke of Dorset, dated 11 March 1729/30 (old style).
