Probate of the will (6 Sept 1828) and codicil (22 April 1829) of Elizabeth Parsons, Stratford-upon-Avon, spinster. Bequests to nephew, Richard Newland, Stratford-upon-Avon, sadler, who executor. Estate equally between her 2 sisters Mary Newland, widow of Richard the elder, and Dorothy Smith, widow[of Thomas], with remainder equally to the children of Mary Newland, viz. - Richard, Abraham, Mary and Elizabeth and their heirs. Codicil appoints Dorothy Smith to be joint executor with Richard Newland.
