10 August 1891 Probate of the will (dated 9 Jan 1891) of Elizabeth Pratt, Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, granted to the executors named in the will, Sarah Ann Bull, daughter, and John Archer, Stratford-upon-Avon, maltster. - To son John Pratt: £500 (or if predecease her, leaving issue, then equally to them at 21). - To daughter Sarah Ann Bull: wearing apparel. - To executors, as Trustees: - 4 houses in Shipston Road; 2 in the occupations of Mrs. Rose and Richard Bennet: in trust for grandson James Wilkinson at 21. 2 others in the occupations of William Terrill and Charles Longhurst, in trust for Sarah Ann Bull for life and then to sell and divide proceeds among surviving children of said Sarah Ann Bull. - Residue of real and personal estate to sell and pay 1/2 to daughter Sarah Ann Bull or her children and 1/2 to grandson James Wilkinson at 21. If James Wilkinson dies under 21 then all his legacies to go to his father, Thomas Wilkinson.
