Endorsed with memorandum of conveyance to William Edwards formerly of Stratford-upon-Avon, licensed victualler of two messuages in Mansell Street. 1892 Abstract of title of the trustees of the will of Sarah Fletcher, deceased, 1865-1892. 23 November 1892 Conveyance by George Pethard, Wickhamford, Worcs., timber merchant and Frederick Johnson, Coventry, merchants' clerk, (trustees of the will of Sarah Fletcher) to James Sturch, Stratford-upon-Avon, licensed victualler, for £340 of Nos. 11 and 13 Mansell Street, formerly in the occupations of James Page and Sarah Fletcher, now of --- Wilson and --- Booker, abutted on west by No. 15 formerly belonging to Sarah Fletcher, now William Edwards.
