Mortgage from Henry Cooke the younger of Stratford-upon-Avon, cabinet-maker, and Hannah his wife, to James Tallis of Harbury, foreman at Greaves's Cement Works, of two messuages in Shakespeare Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, late in the occupation of Edward Green and John Horton Godfrey and now of Josiah Wright and --- McCubbin, bounded on the west by a messuage known as the One Elm Inn and on the south by the churchyard of St James Church.

Endorsed with transfer of mortgage from the executors of the said James Tallis to James Tallis of Packwood, farmer, 30 July 1881
