Mortgage from the trustees of Chandos Lord Leigh to Paul Beilby Baron Wenlock of several farms in Stoneleigh (listed in schedule) to raise £30,000 towards the marriage portions of the four daughters of James Henry Leigh (viz. Julia, Caroline Eliza, Mary, and Augusta Elizabeth). Endorsed with repayment by William Henry Lord Leigh, 27 March 1854.
