Joel Morris late of West Bromwich) to John Alexander of St. Andrews, Holborn, gentleman (reciting BRR11/7/13, and that the mortgage therein described was now vested in Charles Glover), of the property described in BRR11/7/11; to hold the same as a tenant of the freehold that a recovery may be had against him by Samuel Mead of West Bromwich, gentleman, to the use of the said five children.
