Description
Draft release by George Hone, Epwell, farmer, to William Hone, farmer, for £20, of his share and interest in a messuage, malthouse kiln and ground at Epwell which were purchased in 1807 by said George and William of James Salisbury Findon for £133.17s.6d, of which George paid only £10.
