Agreement between John Horniblow of Shipston-on-Stour, surgeon, Thomas Kinersley of Stretton-on-Fosse, yeoman, and David Midwinter of Stretton-on-Fosse for the sale and purchase of an estate at Stretton-on-Fosse in the tenure of David Midwinter for 4000 guineas (see no. ER12/71/11).
