Agreement between Elizabeth Longford of Bourton-on-the Hill, widow, and the Reverend William [Hawes] Longford of Stretton-on-Fosse, clerk (trustee on behalf of the four younger children of the said Elizabeth Longford by her late husband, the Reverend William Longford) and John South of Stretton-on-Fosse, wheelwright, for the sale and purchase of a cottage in Stretton-on-Fosse in the tenure of Richard Bumpas, for £50.
