Draft release and confirmation from William Halford of Stretton-on-Fosse, yeoman and Jane his wife, to the Reverend William [Hawes] Longford of Northfield, co. Worcs., eldest son and heir of the Reverend William Longford, late Rector of Stretton-on-Fosse, deceased, of two allotments (described) in Stretton-on-Fosse; with covenant to levy a fine of the said premises and of a messuage in Stretton-to the use, as to the allotments, of William Phillips of Broadway, co. Worcs., gentleman, to secure the repayment of a mortgage debt, and, after its repayment, to the use of William Longford; and, as to the messuage, to the use of John Gibbs to recover a mortgage debt, and, after its repayment, to the use of William Halford.
