Glos., esq., with the consent of John Holtham Baylies of Welford, gent., to John Hawkes of Rowington, farmer, and Thomas Adams the younger of Clifford Chambers, miller, (and their trustees, Robert Hiorne Hobbes of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent. and Frederick Phipps Cox of Stratford-upon-Avon, law clerk) of a mortgage, recited, dated 17 January 1800, from William Baylies and Rebecca his wife (parents of J.H. Baylies) of a capital messuage in Spicers Street and other houses, cottages and lands in Welford.
