Copy draft conveyance by parties as in ER13/13/20 and /21 to Thomas Horne, Moreton-in-Marsh, grocer, for £850 to Findon and Hancock with the assent of Middleton of The Bell Inn, Moreton, formerly in the possession of Ezekial Wright, then Thomas Purser, Hannah Poole and Richard Clifford, now Joseph Wheatley, with two cottages adjoining, one in occupation Joseph Peach, one used as a brewhouse, and four newly erected cottages in the occupations of Edwin Pinfield, John Izod, Jane Hall and Thomas Franklin.
