Description

Draft will of Robert Purser, Aston Magna, Blockley, Worcs., farmer, bequeathing household goods to wife Rebecca and residue of farming stock, together with all real and personal estate (except that held by mortgage) to [unnamed] trustees in trust to sell, pay legacies and invest residue so that £75 annuity paid to daughter Rebecca, wife of William Manning. Residue of interest to wife for life, then to daughter for life then principal equally among children of Rebecca Manning, at 21. If no issue, then equally between testator's surviving siblings or their issue (taking parents' share).
