Amended brief for plaintiff in Martha Humphriss, formerly Blockley, widow, now Longborough, Glos., v. William Westmacott, Moreton-in-Marsh, land surveyor (surviving executor and devisee in trust of James Taylor, Blockley, tailor, deceased) and the Trustees of the Gloucester Banking Co. in re premises in Blockley devised by said James Taylor (18 July 1836) to trustees in part for benefit of his daughter Martha, wife of John Humphriss, Blockley, innholder.
