Draft Articles of Agreement between Gore Townsend, Honington, Esq., and Francis Findon, Shipston-on-Stour, gent., Thomas Stephens, Shipston-on-Stour, miller, Thomas Pratt, Shipston-on-Stour, corndealer, [John] Rimmell, Shipston-on-Stour, currier and John Hands, Shipston-on-Stour, blacksmith for the sale after auction to them separately for various sums of residue of terms of years in parts of premises leased to said Gore Townsend for 21 years by Dean and Chapter of Worcester, by deed 25 November 1795, viz: To Findon for £328 13s 0d: 3 tenements, market and fair tolls, Shambles Market House To Stephens for £766 10s. 0d: water mill, weir, fishery. To Pratt, for £278. 5s. 0d: The George alias Kings Arms. To Rimmell for £110 5s. 0d: tenement, formerly common bakehouse To Hands for £54. 12s. 0d: tenement adjoining 3 to Findon.
