Memorandum of Agreement between William Hands and Thomas Hands, both Shipston-on-Stour, blacksmiths, Jonathan Hands, Shipston-on-Stour, whitesmith, and Elizabeth Hands, Shipston-on-Stour, widow of John, blacksmith, that, in consideration of the transfer to them of all Elizabeth's interest and right in the blacksmith's business, late belonging to John Hands, deceased, William and Thomas will pay weekly to said Elizabeth for life two shillings and allow her to live in house adjoining shop of said William and Thomas; and Jonathan, in consideration of legacy from said John, deceased, his uncle, agrees to pay Elizabeth 6d per week for life.
