Memorandum of Agreement between William Perry, Warwick, stationer (for himself and on behalf of his mother-in-law, Sarah Groves, Warwick, widow) and William Ashfield, Shipston-on-Stour, innkeeper and Miles Henshaw, Shipston-on-Stour, yeoman, for the sale and purchase to and by them separately of copyhold premises held by William Perry in right of his wife and by Sarah Groves in her own right, viz: To Ashfield for £200: messuage and premises in New Street, Shipston-on-Stour, known as the Windmill. To Henshaw for £80: messuage and garden in New Street in occupation said Henshaw.
