Attested copy conveyance by Samuel Ashfield, Shipston-on-Stour, tailor, mortgagee, William Miles, Newbold, Tredington, gent., and Thomas Jones, Warwick, draper (Assignees in bankruptcy of Jane Freeman, Shipston-on-Stour) and said Jane Freeman to Stephen Richardson, Shipston-on-Stour, hat manufacturer and Joseph Slatter, Shipston-on-Stour, carpenter, separately, of copyhold premises in Shipston-on-Stour, viz: To Slatter for £320: messuage, buildings fronting the Shambles, Shipston-on-Stour. To Richardson for £40: shed, part of brewhouse and yard adjoining above.
