Draft release by Edward Watts, Calthorpe, Banbury, slater (1) to Benjamin Watts, Fetter Lane, London, milkman, brother of said Edward, (2), with Guy Watts, Shipston-on-Stour, Worcs., labourer, as trustee for Benjamin (3) for £18 of piece of land in Calthorpe bounded on N by garden of James Sansbury, E by hovel and cottage lately in occupation William Eaglestone, on N [sic] by footpath to garden of John Walford and on W by said garden, together with partly erected cottage and hovel on the same, in occupation Edward Watts. Reciting 4 May 1812 Sale and appointment of same by Peter Oliver Bignell, gent., to said Edward Watts.
