Lease from Thomas Azelwood of Stratford-upon-Avon yeoman to George Garwood of Stratford-upon-Avon yeoman of property described in DR150/1/13. To hold the same from 10 October last for 21 years for the annual rent of £5 in lieu of £10 until the property was put in good repair, the said George to have the option of leaving the same at the end of 7 or 14 years.
