Lease from Richard Underhill to Thomas Underhill, husbandman, of a messuage called Shutt with a barn, gardens and orchards in Halesowen, Salop., one yardland of arable land and a `Nokeland called Fourtispenylonde' in the common fields of Romsley and a tenement in Romsley called Foxe tenement with 1/2 yardland of arable land in the fields of Romsley, now in the tenure of Richard Haywoode;
to hold from 2 February 1568/9 for 46 years, rendering annually £ 4.12.4d.
