Glos., yeoman, to Jerome Cresser of Lower Swell, husbandman, for £24, of a close of pasture ground in Lower Swell called Greenehilles containing half an acre, belonging to a messuage and half yard land in Lower Swell in the tenure of the said John Hodgkins; which said half acre lies near the house of the said Jerome Cresser and is in his tenure; to hold for 1800 years at a peppercorn rent.
