Lincs., widow, William Pearce of Nottingham, watchmaker, and Rebecca his wife, Henry Pearce of Grantham, watchmaker, Edward Pearce of 14 Greville Street, Brooke Street, Holborn, co. Middx., printer, and Susannah Sarah his wife, and Thomas Pearce of Bourn, co. Lincs., watchmaker, to William Pearce of Stratford-upon-Avon, watchmaker, (reciting DR244/20-21, DR244/28 and that John Pearce had died on 7 January 1855 and that his daughter, Ann Pearce had died unmarried on 18 July 1857), for £680, of a messuage in High Street, late in the tenure of Thomas Nott, apothecary, and since of John Pearce, bounded on the south by a messuage of the Corporation, lately leased to Thomas Nott but now in the tenure of Charles Frederick Loggin, and on the north by a messuage, late in the tenure of William Chattaway, mercer, and now of Richard Chattaway, mercer and draper.
