Conveyance by Sarah Ann Mannox, wife of Thomas Edward Mannox of Birmingham, jeweller, and Mary Elizabeth Hawkes, wife of George Frederick Hawkes of Birmingham, architect (surviving executors of the will of William Greener), at the direction of William Wellington Greener of Birmingham, gunmaker, to William Henry Haden of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., of a messuage and outbuildings in Rother Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, numbered 9, late in the tenure of William Greener and since of Messieurs Bell Thorpe, together with a piece of land fronting Back Lane whereon a messuage formerly in the occupation of Widow [Mary] Hodgkins stood, and a small slip of land adjoining, part of a piece of land on which a messuage of Joseph Marshall formerly stood. Plan annexed.
