Copy feoffment from Alice Smith of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, Thomas Smith of the same, yeoman, and Richard Smith of the same, yeoman, to Richard Hatheway of the same, baker, for £15, of a toft, curtilage or piece of ground in or near Wood Street and Eelie Street, Stratford-upon-Avon between the tenement of Stratford Corporation in the tenure of Humphrey Wheeler, the tenement of Thomas Knight, the land of the said Richard Hatheway and the street called Eelie Street; with the further quitclaim of the piece of ground adjoining this toft in the tenure of the said Richard Hatheway, which he lately purchased from John Smith, ironmonger, deceased, husband of the said Alice Smith and father of the said Richard and Thomas.
