Copy conveyance from Samuel Morris and his brothers and sisters (as in DR318/1/3), to Samuel Field of Stratford-upon-Avon, baker, for £1270, of five plots of land, containing 12a 3r 12p, in Old Stratford, being Lots 3,4,7,8, and 9 on a plan subjoined to sale particulars of 26 and 27 September 1809, bounded by Lot 10 purchased by Enoch Buttwell, draper, and lands of the Corporation of Stratford-upon-Avon on one side, and Lots 1,2,5,6, and 11, purchased by Thomas Sharshaw, butcher, Thomas Tasker, butcher, and John Fetherstone, victualler; which said plots of land formed part of the estate of the late John Keen.
