Mortgage from John Edward Henry Greves of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., to William Tibbitts of Wroxall, farmer, to secure £350, of two cottages (formerly one) in Oversley in the parish of Arrow, late in the tenure of Sarah Ballard, since of William Gardner, then of John Humphrey Haywood, since of Charles Haywood, then of Richard Holtom and Charles Cooper and now of Joseph Masters and George Bachelor, bounded on the east and north by the public street of Oversley Green and on the west and south by land of Sir Robert Throckmorton; a piece of land in Oversley immediately opposite the last mentioned cottage, and a messuage in Rother Street (dimensions and tenants as in DR571/6).
