Abstract of title, 1759-1848, to copyhold property in Bridge Street, Great Kington, described in DR311/6, with the following recitals: i) DR311/1. ii) DR311/2. iii) DR311/3. iv) DR311/4. v) DR311/6. vi) DR311/7. vii) DR311/8. viii) DR311/9. ix) DR311/10. x) Will, dated 29 July 1837, of Daniel Winter Burbury, appointing his brothers Samuel and John Burbury and his friend Jackson Walton of Warnford Court, London, gent. his executors and bequeathing to them such property as was vested in him as trustee or mortgagor on such trusts as he, the said testator, had held the same. Codicil, dated 31 July 1837, bequeathing £5,000 to his wife. Proved in Doctors Commons by John Burbury and Jackson Walton, 14 October 1837, and by Samuel Burbury, 30 June 1838. Note that Mr. Walton and Mr. John Burbury are now dead and that Mr. Samuel Burbury is the sole surviving trustee and executor. xi) DR311/11. xii) DR311/12 [Added in pencil] xiii) Probate of will, dated 21 January 1824, of Robert Goodman Parsons, appointing his wife Hannah Maria sole executrix and bequeathing to her all his real and personal estate for the benefit of herself and the testator's four children, the said Hannah to have power of disposal of the said estate to place it on different security for her life, and after her death the said property to be sold and the proceeds divided equally between the said children.
