Conveyance from Thomas Ashwin of Bidford, gent., and William Oakes Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent. (trustees of the will of the late John Cory of Shottery, gent., died 8 January 1826) to Thomas Barnes of Luddington, gent., for £1100, of nineteen cottages in Hathaway Lane, Shottery, in the tenures of William Claydon, Samuel Hopkins and others (with further detailed description from indentures of 8 and 9 August 1834) together with closes called Upper Coppice Close, Second Coppice Close and the Paddock in the tenure of William Poole; all which premises comprise Lots 13 and 14 in annexed particulars of sale of 1 June 1842.
