Conveyance by lease and release from Sir John Rushout of Northwick, co. Worcs., Bart., and Samuel Sandys of Ombersley, co. Worcs., esq. (trustees of Francis Sheldon, esq., a [person experiencing a mental health problem]), with the consent of Dormer Sheldon of Abberton, co. Worcs., clerk (committee of the said Francis Sheldon) to Joseph Parry of Abingdon, co. Berks., gent., for £2600, of a house and farm with closes (described) in East Meon and Admington.

An Act of Parliament (1732/3) is recited, whereby the estates of Francis Sheldon in Abberton, co. Worcs., and Saintbury, Willersey, Meon, Admington, Quinton and Hidcote Bartrim, co. Glos., (inherited by Francis Sheldon under a settlement, 15 October 1662, of the estates of John Dormer and Susanna his wife, grandparents of Francis Sheldon, a [person experiencing a mental health problem]) were vested in the said Sir John Rushout and Samuel Sandys for mortgage or sale.
