To James Pritchard, Stratford-upon-Avon, surgeon: silver cream jug, coffee pot and stand; writes off debt of £100. To Sarah Ann Roberts, daughter of Samuel; best china with tea caddy and spoons. Interest on £600 to Elizabeth Jackson, wife of Thomas, Alveston Pastures, for life, then principal equally among her surviving children. Directs Trustees to continue to pay £20 annuity to William Warren, brother of his late wife, for which he entered into a bond.
