Case for the Opinion of Counsel ex parte Archer re estate of Joseph Eborall, viz: Extract from the will (2 Nov 1793) of Joseph Eborall, Warwick, gent., bequeathing life interest in real estate to nephew Lawrence Archer, with remainder of half to niece Mary (? née Archer) [marriage not in IGI], wife of Thomas Edkins and her heirs and of other half to nephew Richard Archer and his heirs. Notes re death of Lawrence Archer in 1798, division of rents between Richard Archer and Mary Edkins; death of Richard Archer in 1799 leaving 7 children: Bridget, Richard, Mary (now Mrs. [Amos] Middleton) Elizabeth, Ann, Eleanor and Susannah. Mrs. Edkins has issue 2 sons, 5 daughters (unnamed). Archer children wish to sell their share and counsel's Opinion is sought.
