Midsummer Sessions Briefs on behalf of an application made by Thomas Underhill, a convicted prisoner, to remove an estreat of recognizances from the Estreat Roll. The prisoner intended to appeal against a conviction for which there is no appeal in law and therefore the Recognizances and subsequent estreat are null and void. Endorsed with order to remove estreat of recognizances from the roll, 2 July.
