Description

Indentures of lease and release, the release dated 26 August 1818, being a reconveyance by Benjamin Smith (theretofore described as the younger) of Hampton Lucy, yeoman, to William Hathaway of Stratford-upon-Avon, mercer and draper, and Joseph Warrilow of the same place, joiner, (executors and trustees of the will of Austin Warrilow theretofore of Stratford-upon-Avon, schoolmaster, deceased) of the mortgages in the premises described in ER60/4 upon trust to hold the same to the use of Dinah Warrilow (widow of Austin Warrilow) during widowhood jointly with Catherine and Maria Warrilow, daughters of the said Austin and Dinah Warrilow, during the life of the said Dinah Warrilow and thereafter to the use of the said Catherine and Maria jointly as joint tenants, in consideration of £300 paid to the said Benjamin Smith. Witnesses: William Warrilow and Robert Bell Wheler, solicitor, of Stratford-upon-Avon. Lease dated 26 August 1818 by Benjamin Smith to Messrs. Chattaway and Warrilow of same premises for one year.
