That he is son of William Bolton the younger and grandson of William Bolton of Stratford-upon-Avon; and that he is the owner in fee simple of the Shakespeare Hotel, Chapel Street and of two tenements in Sheep Street, adjoining the rear of the said hotel which he has contracted to sell to Richard Martin Bird, wine merchant
