Description

Copy case with Opinion of W.O. Russell, Lincolns Inn, as to the settlement of John Sale, son of Thomas and grandson of John the elder who came into Stratford-upon-Avon in 1778 with certificate from Welford. John the younger was apprenticed to Benjamin Baylis, Stratford-upon-Avon, tailor, in 1811 but did not complete his indenture. His wife and children are destitute in St. Botolph's, London, who intend to remove them to Stratford-upon-Avon who object.
