Ltd. to Joseph Banner of New Street, Birmingham, auctioneer, of a shop on the ground floor with a basement underneath in New Street, adjoining the New Street entrance of the Masonic Hall, which premises are now in the occupation of the said Joseph Banner; and also a shop on the ground floor with a basement, forming a corner of Pinfold Street and Post Office Place, Birmingham; to hold for seven years from 25 December 1870, rendering annually £130.
