Lease from the Mayor, etc., of Stratford to Jane Kendall, widow, of Bath, of land `whereon a large barn called the Tythe Barn formerly stood', at the lower end of Church Street, for 41 years, at a rent of 20 shillings and two capons or 1s. 6d. April 1769. Draft, folio 64.
