Certificate by the Churchwardens, etc. of Old Stratford addressed to those of Exall, co. Warw., that John Jakeman and Anne his wife are inhabitants of Stratford and that the parish is liable if he, his wife or children become chargeable for relief. 7 April 1724. Signed by J.
