Assignment from John Mosley Gilbert Cheek of Evesham, co. Worcs., clerk, with the consent of John Acton of Bengworth, co. Worcs., ironmonger, and Luke Pyefinch of Honeybourne, co. Glos., yeoman, and at the nomination of Pearshouse Drury of Evesham, brazier, to Robert Wheeler of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman (reciting DR65/21-23 and that the mortgages therein mentioned had since been repaid but that the term of 1000 years created by the indenture of 1 February 1800 [DR65/23] still remained vested in the said John Cheek, and reciting that the said Pearshouse Drury had contracted to sell two of the three messuages mentioned to John Manton of Stratford-upon-Avon, glazier, and that he was also about to sell the third) of the said term of 1000 years in the said three messuages in High Street, now in the tenure of John Manton, John Pearse and Alexander Boote, in trust to attend the inheritance and freehold to whomsoever it is conveyed.
