Abstract of title to a tenement and land at Great Wilmcote in the parish of Aston Cantlow, commencing with a conveyance dated 29 November 1727, from Samuel Edkins of Great Wilmcote, yeoman (son and heir of Samuel Edkins, late of Great Wilmcote, yeoman, by Anne his wife, both deceased), Anne his wife and Richard Edkins, his son and heir to Thomas Johns of Little Wilmcote in the parish of Old Stratford, yeoman, and ending with an indenture dated 14 January 1796, between William Paine of the first part, John Checketts of the second part and Thomas Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon of the third part.
