Lease from Nicholas Bradley of Wordesley [in Kingswinford], co. Staffs., gentleman, to Alice Hart of the same, widow, and Nicholas Hodgekis of the same, nailer, her son, for £20, of a cottage in Wordesley in the tenure of Alice Hart, with a close wherein the cottage stands, and various outbuildings, three parcels of land containing 3 acres lying in Neather Field, Old Field and Awdnam Field respectively (some abuttals given), and a parcel of meadow called Moore Meadow containing 11/2 acres; to hold the same for 60 years, (i.e. to the said Alice Hart for as long as she shall live, with remainder to the said Nicholas Hodgekis for the residue of the said term) at an annual rent of 20 shillings. Bond to perform covenants attached.
