Mortgage (unexecuted) from Thomas Fruin, late of Wootton Wawen and now of Little Alne, Aston Cantlow, paper-maker, to John Holyoake of Warwick, doctor of physic, of a messuage in Little Alne, in the tenure of Thomas Fruin and lately built by him on land purchased from Francis Brooke, Earl of Warwick, on which a barn once stood.
