Assignment from Margaret Edkins [Atkins]of Offenham,co. Worcs., widow and executrix of John Edkins [Atkins] late of the same, innholder, with the consent of Charles Sandford of Welford, cooper, to Martha Bury of Warwick, widow, for £35, of a mortgage, recited (no. 1), assigned to John Edkins [Atkins] on 8 November 1723 (no. 2), of the premises therein described. The further sum of £2 is advanced by Martha Bury to Charles Sandford on the security of the said premises.
